$14.00
Sold Out

Baccharis pilularis

Native shrub found from northern Oregon to southern California. Broadleaf evergreen leaves and white to yellow flowers that are loved by pollinators, like many plants in the aster family. Small and with a spreading growth habit that does well in most soil types, this shrub makes a great erosion control for banks and hillsides.

Full sun, well-draining soil. Drought resistant.

Note: This species is dioecious (staminate and pistillate flowers are borne on separate plants). The plants we currently have in stock are male (pollen bearing).

Grows 3 to 12’ tall, 3 to 9’ wide

Size: #1
