Vaccinium ovatum

Native. Evergreen shrub with white to pink flowers in spring. Bumblebees love them! Small black berries in late summer through fall. Can be harvest after first frost for sweetest flavor. High in anti-oxidants and Vit. C.

Can be grown in shade to part shade, or in sun with regular water. This shrub will grow taller in a shady location and stay more compact with more light.

Attractive new growth has red stems and can be used in flower arrangements.
