Tasty, deep green leaves. Also known as Dinosaur or Lacinato kale. The buds make a wonderful rabe, and the bright yellow flowers are edible too.
Sow in late summer for a spring crop or in early spring for a summer/fall crop. Can be overwintered without cover. Monitor for white flies.
