Also called Sulphur cosmos. Tall annual plants with many orange, gold and burnt orange flowers. Long bloom time and lovely cut flower. Harvest this black seeds in fall for next year’s crop. Native to Mexico, Central and South America. Excellent dye plant for vats or eco-printing.
Grows 3-5’ tall and wide.
Plant in sun with regular summer water. Drought resistant once established for the season.
Direct sow or start indoors 6 weeks before last frost.
