Sidalcea campestris

Perennial. Native wildflower with tall spires of pale pink flowers in spring and summer. A mallow family plant, the blooms look like tiny hibiscus. Attracts bumblebees and lots of other pollinators. Northwest native that is excellent for meadows, rain gardens and asa graceful accent in perennial borders.

Direct sow in winter or early spring.

Needs a chill period to germinate, and benefits from some scarification.

Planting Depth: 1/8" deep

Days to Germination: 10 to 16 days
