Erigeron glaucus

Perennial. Native to the Oregon and California coasts and the Willamette Valley. Wonderful rock or alpine garden plant in the aster family. Small disk flowers with bright yellow centers and lavender petals. Flowers May through August and attracts both bees and butterflies. Grow in full sun to light shade, in average, dry or moist, well-drained soil. 12" tall and 18-24" wide.

Direct sow in fall or early spring, needs a cold wet period to germinate.

Sprinkle over prepared soil. Benefits from moist-cold stratification.

Planting Depth: surface

Days to Germination: 6 to 12 weeks. Can be slow to germinate
