Deep maroon blossoms bloom all summer on spires up to 6' tall. Adds drama to the cottage garden or large bouquets. Protect from rust fungus and weevils (I grow mine under an eave where they don’t get splashed with rain).

Direct sow after the last frost in a warm sunny spot with good drainage. Start inside 8 weeks before last frost date.
