Calendula officinalis

A mix of orange, yellow and peach, single and double flowers to bring in helpful insects and gather for herbal remedies. Self-sowing annual blooms all summer long and into the fall and even winter in the PNW. Edible and medicinal. Also a good dye plant.

Direct sow in late summer/early fall, or early spring. Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost date.

Can be sown before last frost for summer blooms, or in late summer for fall/winter flowers.

Planting Depth: 1/4-1/2", requires dark to germinate

Days to Germination: 5 to 15 days
