Perennial. Native to our Willamette Valley meadows. A bee and butterfly favorite, long bloom time. Yellow daisy-like flowers in mid-summer. Edible seeds are part of the traditional Willamette Valley diet. Grow in full sun to light shade, in average, dry or moist soil. Grows 12-32 inches tall.

Direct sow in winter or early spring.

Water seedlings once the soil begins to dry out to stimulate growth .

Planting Depth: 1/8" deep

Days to Germination: 7 to 10 days
